A study indicatd that Filipino call center employees skip many meals. 40% skip breakfast (the most important meal of the day), 20% skip lunch, and 16% skip dinner. The most popular foods included fried chicken, chips, fries, and burgers in that order for Filipino BPO workers. Coffee consumption was 2.3 cups per day compared to the national average off 1.7 cups. Filipino BPO employees also prefered drinking to partying or other leisure activities. It looks like the lifestyle of a Manila call center staff member needs to be more health conscious and less stressful. Maybe a walk in the park would be good!
